Cancellation Policy

While Sunshine For The soul is a relaxed salon – very late arrivals for treatments may result in the treatment time being reduced or cancelled. 
We ask politely that you give 24 hours notice for cancellation or amendments of appointments, so that we may offer the treatment time to another client on our waiting list. Failure to give this notice may incur a 50% charge payable on your next appointment. You may be asked to pay for your next appointment in advance. 
Should you fail to show and a voucher was to be used for part or full payment of your treatment, then the voucher will be used to cover the 50% charge for failure to show.
Non-arrival for treatment while on a course will forfeit that treatment.
Missed telephone Skype or Facetime consultation will result in your appointment being forfeited.
Persistent failure to keep appointments will result in a ban of further treatments being booked.
