Contraindications

At Sunshine For The Soul, your well-being is at the forefront of everything we do. It is to that end that it may be neccessary to change your treatment type should you have an contraindincation to your chosen treatment. We will alway perform pre treatment consultation on your first visit, however, we do rely on you informing us of any changes prior to subsequent visits.

Contraindications for CACI Treatments

Local Contraindications

• Varicose Veins (body)
• Medical Implants (body – avoid area)

 Medical Contraindications

• Diabetes
• Heart Conditions
• Low Blood Pressure
• High Blood Pressure see pharmacist (certain medications can have a relaxation effect on the muscles)
• Headaches/Migraine (can trigger)
• Asthma (skin particles during microdermabrasion can effect breathing)
• HRT (can effect results)
• Hernia/Appendicitis

Total Contraindications

• Pregnancy
• Epilepsy
• Pacemaker
• Thrombosis
• Major Operation (3 months for CACI facial treatment)
• Nail Disorders (hand treatments)
• Arthritis/Rheumatism (steroid medication can effect results)
