Experience relaxation and rejuvenation with the Deep Rest Sound Bath!

Sound bath, or sound healing, uses vibrations from various instruments carefully and intuitively crafted to promote relaxation and stress release. These vibrations engage the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, potentially improving stress management, anxiety relief, sleep, mental clarity, spiritual connection, and physical healing.

The 75 minute in-person session immerses you in soothing sounds from a wide range of instruments like ocean drums, Tibetan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls, drums, sacred voice, shruti, monolina, Chimes, tuning forks, rainsticks and other percussion. These healing sounds create gentle vibrations for a restorative experience, beginning with a guided meditation to centre you in the present moment.

Soundbath Essentials

• Arrive on time to settle in (late arrivals, after the sound bath has commenced, may be refused entry)
• Wear comfortable, layered clothing
• Bring a pillow for neck support
• Bring a yoga/camping mat to lay down on
• Optional: pillow/bolster for knees and lower back
• Eye mask for deeper relaxation
• Blanket for coziness
• Bring water

This group sound bath is not suitable for:

• sound-induced epilepsy
• Severe mental health/psychosis
• Pregnancy below 12weeks
• Children below 16 years old
